Programmes
The Wider Circle will be conducting a series of Self Help Trauma Programmes in the months ahead. All programmes are free to participants. If you think you might benefit from participating in one of our Trauma Programmes, we are holding an information day for potential participants on 10th September. All are welcome but please get in touch for further details and to confirm your attendance. Alternatively, contact us enquire about attending any of the programmes listed below. The scheduled programmes are as follows:

A Self Help Trauma Programme in a residential setting will run from the 1st to the 3rd of October in Benburb, Co Tyrone. Food and accommodation for the weekend will be provided to all participants.

A 10-12 week evening Self Help Trauma Programme will begin in Belfast on the 13th September. The venue for this programme, which will take place every Monday night, is Corrymeela House, off University Road, near Queens.

A second 10-12 week evening Self Help Trauma Programme will begin in Belfast on the 14th September. The venue for this programme, which will take place every Monday night, is Australia House, off Stockman’s Lane, near the King’s Hall.

A third 10-12 week evening Self Help Trauma Programme will begin in Dungannon in January 2011. The venue and exact dates for this programme are to be confirmed.

A Self Help Trauma Programme in a residential setting will run from the 28th to the 30th of January 2011 in Drumalis on the Antrim Coast. Food and accommodation for the weekend will be provided to all participants.

A second Drumalis residential Programme will run from the 25th to the 27th of March 2011. Food and accommodation for the weekend will be provided to all participants.
Training
We will be holding a two-day facilitator training on Saturday 26th June 2010 and Friday 10 September 2010 at NICVA. The training days are intended to train potential facilitators to run future trauma programmes. Publications
The Wider Circle has published a Teacher Training Manual. This manual outlines the theory that underpins the programme and will be of benefit to anyone wishing to deliver this programme in their own community.
