Introduction

The Wider Circle Trauma programmes have developed in response to the needs expressed by people whose lives have been adversely affected by post traumatic stress as a result of the troubles in Northern Ireland.

The Programme ordinarily runs for a period of 20 weeks with the group meeting once a week for two hours. New programmes begin in September 08 more details

World Health Organisation's definition of health... "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being not merely the absence of disease and infirmity".

Publications

"The Sky before the Storm" is a book about trauma. You might find it useful if you've had a bad shock. There are two versions of the publication which you can download one with the artist's images and one without.

The Wider Circle Annual Report
